Travis S. Williams
Mr. Williams focuses his practice on chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy, real estate and business transactions, lender transactions, and small business organization and management. His clients include lenders, small to medium-sized businesses, and real estate developers.
Mr. Williams previously served as the associate general counsel for Cornerstone Homes and Development, Inc. where he focused on real estate acquisition and sales, entitlement, construction, dispute resolution, administrative and environmental compliance, and financing.
Mr. Williams previously practiced law with Shelley Bethea Gillette & Clark, PLC, for five years. Mr. Williams focused his practice in development and management of affordable housing financed with IRS Section 42 tax credits, government HOME Partnership funds, tax-exempt bond authority, and conventional financing. He also represented owners and developers of industrial and retail properties.
Mr. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1997. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Arizona State University in 2000.
